Hi I’m Fiona Kearns and I help top tier professionals to break through the glass domed ceiling and fully realise their potential.


You’re in the Crystal Maze. You’ve completed all the challenges and received all the Swarovski time crystal balls you need. You’re successful. You’ve earned your place in the dome.


This is your moment but when the fans get going all you seem to accumulate are silver tokens, no matter how much you grab and jump the gold ones are out of reach. 


At the reckoning, you have a bag full of silver tokens and the few gold foil tokens you managed to grab are cancelled out by the silver. So near and yet so far.


I get it. I know what it’s like to believe you have nothing left to offer. I’ve been there when you just run out of steam and I don’t want anyone to feel the way I did. I don’t want you to lose confidence in your ability to advance without limits.


I want you to know you’re limitless. 


That’s the word I want you to hold onto. Limitless.


You’ve had a glittering career. You’re successful, established and rightly proud of your achievements. Deservedly you’re well paid.
